Unfortunately, they didn't have time to check their system, so we were unable to dine there. It's baffling that this app gives the impression that a reservation ensures a table. Ultimately, I was told it was too bad that we couldn't eat. The host and his colleague were quite rude to me, which left a negative impression. In short, I would advise against using this app to dine here, as it may lead to disappointment. It's better to just walk in and hope for the best."
