"Upon our arrival, the restaurant could not locate our reservation that had been made through OpenTable. We were informed that they had not been working with OpenTable for the past three months. Despite our surprise, we were told that we were only the second customers that day who had made a reservation through OpenTable. We were informed that we would have to wait 45 minutes. We decided to wait and proceeded to have our meal. Can someone clarify who is correct in this situation - OpenTable or Clay Pit?"

"We have been a regular client at Sona and the experience we had yesterday evening was far from what we have known. Service at Sona is actually never consistent, some days they pay extra attention and some they don’t. First we were surprised that the menu has changed. Being a Punjabi type restaurant it now features no daal and no samosas but pizza (lol) and has paneer only as a starter.
