"Wow! I can’t believe I haven’t tried this restaurant until now! For starters, the Miso Calamari with spice was so fresh and served with a delicious sauce. It was accompanied with the fluffiest pita bread I’ve ever seen. For entrees we had the Salmon Artichoke and Grilled Sea Bass. The skin on the salmon was grilled to crispy perfection and served on a bed of grilled brussel sprouts and artichokes with hummus, truffle crumbles and tomato purée! The sea bass was equally delish! There is a bulgur and beet salad nestled underneath the sea bass and a beautiful parsley sauce marrying all the flavors. To finish we had the Z Chef’s Special dessert Imagine a fluffy cloud of cream sandwiched between two lightly caramelized meringue cookies floating in a tart raspberry reduction, soooo good!!! If you haven’t tried this restaurant, run don’t walk! Lastly I can’t forget to mention the professional, friendly and courteous staff, this made the meal and entire experience really special.
