"My food was ordered at 9:16 PM but didn't arrive until 9:46 PM, which is an excessive wait for what I ordered. When I inquired about my order, the kitchen staff gave me unpleasant looks.
A young girl who appeared to be too young to be working there brought my food.
The situation worsened when two separate couples entered the restaurant with dogs. The first couple had a well-behaved dog on a leash that did not require constant commands, and they were allowed to dine inside. The second couple, however, had an unleashed dog that was not a service dog and needed to be commanded at every moment. They too ordered and ate inside.
At one point, the unleashed dog began scratching itself inside the restaurant. The staff not only welcomed this dog but gave it treats, compliments, and affectionate attention. The owner displayed his "well-trained" pet by issuing unnecessary commands such as "Bark," "Spin," "Lie down," and "Stand up," resulting in the dog barking loudly in the restaurant. To make matters worse, this dog ran up to the first couple's service dog, growling as if ready to attack, forcing the first couple to flee the restaurant in fear. It was a truly alarming scene.
Had I been with a child, I would have left immediately. I also have a well-trained dog, but I would never take him out in public without a leash.
In one photo, there is an employee petting, hugging, and treating the unleashed dog, and in another, you can see the couple whose service dog was nearly attacked. They deserve an apology from the restaurant for allowing an unleashed and uncontrolled dog on the premises."
