"Authentic New Orleans-style snowballs! It was a bit of a trek to get there, and the parking is metered until 4 PM, but it’s definitely worth it. As with everything from New Orleans, there’s a bit of a premium price, but it made me feel right at home. Unfortunately, they were out of pecan candy, also known as pralines, but I intend to come back for a taste. The ice was perfectly soft, and the syrup was blended nicely. The owner even wiped down the cups after they dripped a little, which shows that they really care about their product."
