"We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and our party kept growing as we got closer to our reservation date. The manager let me know they weren't seating large parties but could accommodate us in tables next to each other which was perfectly fine for us. I can't thank the manager enough for ensuring we had a great birthday dinner! The chef and servers were outstanding in their service and we can't wait to go back. Thanks again!"

"The food at this restaurant is consistently fantastic. However, on our recent visit, our 8pm reservation seemed to be delayed. We arrived at 7:45 and were not seated until 8:12. Our drinks and soup were served around 8:40, followed by the salad at 8:55. The chef didn't come to our table until about 9:10, making for a very long evening. This extended wait was not typical for this restaurant, so it's unclear what the issue was. Despite the delay, the food was delicious as usual."

"Dry aged medium rare Kansas City was below average. Tough and some extremely chewy areas on the 24oz piece of meat. Oscar style was almost a joke with a pinch of crab meat. Steak was dry and almost flavorless. Gator bites were delicious, calamari was perfect. Cheese rolls were cold and unremarkable. Cauliflower was perfect. Blueberry Mojito was the best around. Salad was missing ingredients. Service was painfully average. $850 bill was a bit ridiculous for 4 people who had somewhat average meals. I've sincerely had a better steak at Outback."

"Absolutely no complaints here! Kobe Japanese Steakhouse hit the spot. We were visiting from out of town and popped in on a Wednesday evening (reservations are not mandatory I believe? But if you want a hibachi table I'd definitely make one in advance). A caveat to Kobe Japanese Steakhouse is that they won't seat your party until it is complete. So just FYI. The teppanyaki entrees feature a soup, salad, mixed veggies, grilled noodles AND fried rice, as well as the meat/seafood you choose and their sauces. I found pricing to be pretty on point considering the amount of food we got! The shrimp and scallops were phenomenal, also. I will say that our chef wasn't super dynamic or fun but they do have serval stations in one room so maybe it limits engagement. Also, parking isn't an issue at this location but getting in and out of it may pose issues depending on traffic. Overall, what a great night out! Don't miss out of feeding the koi fish up front! Those guys are huge and you can purchase some food at the hostess desk."

"The service, food and ambience is always outstanding at Kobe’s. While we were told multiple times when we booked the dinner, when they confirmed and when we arrived that there was an 18% service charge, it’s still incredibly expensive and is not part of or applied to any gratuity. Not sure what it’s really for, but for the amount of each meal, it’s definitely only a place that I’ll go once a year. It’s not worth an extra 18%."

"The experience was not up to its usual standard. We were seated at a table that was part of a larger party next to us. We were the last to be seated and were not asked for our drink orders, instead just brought waters. My shrimp was overcooked and burnt in some spots, and I did not receive a birthday cupcake like everyone else. The rest of the food was decent but not as good as our previous visit. My husband enjoyed his meal of scallops and shrimp, however. It was a busy night, which may have contributed to the issues. Typically, everything at this restaurant is excellent, but unfortunately, we just chose the wrong night to dine there."

"The portions are less and refill on drinks were non existent until the very end of the dining experience. The food was tasty and the chef/cook was very entertaining. It is a very loud environment, no intimate conversations going on."
