"I approached the server who had taken my order, as she was preparing the pizza behind the bar. I kindly asked her to double-check that we had ordered both sets of boneless wings, explaining that we needed them to be boneless. To my surprise, she argued with me, insisting that I had ordered traditional wings. I asked her again to make them boneless, pointing out that boneless wings were actually cheaper (the traditional ones were charged at $12.99, while boneless were $8.99), and I was willing to pay the difference for the correct meal. Instead of being helpful, she continued to argue with me, asserting that she was right and that I didn't know what I wanted. Her rudeness was astonishing.
When my food finally arrived, it was obvious that the wings were still incorrect, and sure enough, the pizza was wrong as well. I took the ticket back to her, and once again she insisted that it was what I had ordered, despite my previous explanations. As for the pizza, which I had ordered as cheese only, it came with toppings. She responded with further rudeness, acting frustrated that I had mentioned the incorrect pizza. She then turned her back and went to fetch a cook, who simply said he could make more wings for me.
Throughout this entire ordeal, the server was excessively rude and loud, making it seem like I was the one at fault. I explained to the gentleman that I approached her to clarify the order and that she had been dismissive and unhelpful. I would strongly advise anyone to consider dining somewhere else!"
