"This location is horrible. The chicken was unseasoned and had a burnt taste like it was cooked in old oil. The red beans and rice looked like pudding. Just absolutely disgusting. We threw everything out. In the past I've ordered from KKC on doordash and sometimes it was delicious and other times it was gross. I finally realized that every time it was gross, it was because it was coming from this particular location. My thoughts were reaffirmed when my bf went in-person to order from this location. We contacted the store and politely told them the food was unacceptable and asked if they could do anything to make it right. They said there was nothing they could do. Take your business elsewhere!"
