"I waited till 2AM, nearly 4 hours for my food. My husband initially called when my food was half an hour late thinking maybe there was something wrong with the address, we immediately got greeted by an angry woman who put us on hold for a little over 5minutes then proceeded to tell me my food was on the way and should be there in 10 minutes. An hour goes by and they stillhaven 't arrived with my food so I call back and ask where my food is, the woman tells me it 's on it 's way and should be thereany minute and then says I 'm sorry I don 't pay attention to anything, I just cook, he should be there any minute. and hangs upon me.YET ANOTHER HOUR HAS PASSED. At this point I 've heard nothing so I call back and get the owner, he apologizes when I tellhim my name and my issue and tells me he 'll get in contact with his driver and promises to call me back immediately. Half anhour passes AGAIN, so I call back, it 's almost 2AM at this point, I m tired, have work and just wanted my food that I ordered at10PM. I get, you guessed it, the same angry woman with horrible customer service. I tell her I don 't even care about gettingthe food anymore because it 's clear I 'm not getting it, and even if it did actually show up eventually it 'd be cold anddisgusting, I asked her when she was going to refund me and she said No, you haven 't been waiting that long, your food hasn 'tbeen waiting that long, that 's a lie. It 's been an hour. Do you still want your food? . I genuinely hope this place gets shutdown. Don 't provide delivery, or even a business service if that 's how you 're going to act, it 's absolutely ridiculous andhorrible!"
