"The food is wonderful, but I will never order from them again.On one occasion, they forgot part of the order. That's fine. Accidents happen, but when we called, they insisted that the food was in the order, even though I was politely explaining that I was looking at the food and items were not there. They treated me like a liar, as though I trying to con them out of a few portions of nigiri sushi. It was absurd; and the phone staff were blatantly insulting. It turned into an absurd saga, with 5 or 6 phone calls before they would send the missing items, and even when they did, they refused to accept that a member of their staff must have just made a simple error.On another occasion, they accidentally over-charged by a huge amount, but to be honest, it was that lack of trust, after we'd ordered from them every 2 weeks for a year, that really irritated me. So, sadly, we will order elsewhere."
