"Great Cantonese food! Born and raised in Hong Kong, New City's Dimsum is pretty good. There are no lots of options, but most of the dimsum tastes above average. And being in Fresno where I feel has a lack of good Chinese/cantonian food presence, I will recommend New City to anyone I know. Dimsum I suggest Porridge (one of the best I had! , rice rolls, lotus wrap rice, tripe, chives, siu mai I was also for dinner time in New City as well as ordering from their huge selection menu. I had great experience! A la carte I suggest steamed whole fish (with soy sauce, snow peas in garlic sauce, petting beans in XO sauce, salt and pepper pork beak Overall I enjoy New City's food every time I go, and I would like to thank the cook for preparing this local food for people. I and my family are back every weekend we found New City. Will always come and upload delicious food pictures!"
