"Sad because we used to like this place. We made online order for 2 cheese pizzas at 6:30pm and arrived there around 6:45. We went in and were told they needed another 15 minutes. That’s fine, so we sat in parking lot and went in at 7. We were told they were having a “rough time” in the back and needed another 15 minutes and they would text when it was ready. We sat in the parking lot for another 30 minutes watch other customers go in, eat their food on the porch, and leave before we had gotten our online order. I finally had enough (we were over an hour in at this point) and went inside. Girl at front desk didn’t even acknowledge the insane amount of time and that they didn’t notify us. There was no “sorry for the delay” or anything, just “here’s your pizza”. No compensation either, cannot believe how much we paid for 2 pizzas and over an hour and a half of waiting.
