"I wish Benihana will open a branch here in the Roseville area so we do not have to drive 2 hours just to celebrate my birthday at the nearest branch they have. We had to wait almost an hour before the chef started cooking despite having a reservation and being on time. I understand that the chef had to accommodate other people included in our table but it was one person against 4 of us and one couple in the same table. How is it possible that one person's request affected all other guests in the same table who doesn't even share the same tab? We waited so long for our service just because one guest has customized every section of his order. I've only been in this branch a couple of times and aside from the place needing a lot updating and upkeep, the service is always bad."
