"This is a cozy little Japanese ramen restaurant that offers a diverse selection of dishes, from ramen to rice bowls. I ordered the Shio ramen, which was priced at around $16—quite reasonable for a bowl of ramen in NYC. I thoroughly enjoyed the Shio ramen; the broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced—not too bland and not overly salty. I almost finished every drop of it, which is unusual for me, as I typically leave some soup behind. That’s how delicious it was! I’ve visited other ramen spots where the broth left me disappointed, but this one was outstanding! My favorite part was the noodles—they were delightfully chewy, and the portion was generous. I also tried their Takoyaki, which was a nice appetizer. I can't wait to return and sample more of their ramen offerings! This is truly an amazing Japanese restaurant!"
