"Just had an awful experience. I?m not sure who?s to blame, Uber Eats or Vicenza?s, but I placed and paid for my order at 7:57pm, delivery time estimate kept changing and getting later and later. I didn?t receive my order til 10pm!!! I had to send my kids to bed without pizza because it was way past their bedtime. So not only did it take two hours, the pizza was almost ice cold, the garlic rolls were cold and near soggy, the cokes were not cold, no spoon for the soup ?. Just an all around horrible experience. $60 down the drain! Uber did offer a 20% credit of $7.93, and then later sent a $10 off coupon if I place an order in the next two weeks. Just really disappointed. I?ve always had a great experience with this pizza place. I?m willing to give them another shot, just maybe not delivery though."
