"I recently placed an order with this restaurant, providing them with a long list of allergies. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, particularly the woman who assisted me over the phone. She patiently guided me through the menu to ensure that my order was safe for me to consume. The level of service I received over the phone was exceptional. Thank you for your help."

"I have traveled around the world and I will have to say this was the worst Chinese food I have ever had anywhere! No flavor and four little pieces a meat in the entire dish. Something has to change or they wont be around long. Definitely need a new cook!"

"This is one of those American-Chinese takeout places where you really need to know your preferences. It's not upscale, but I always have a decent experience. I'm not a fan of their yellow fried rice for some reason, so I skip it and go for the more expensive lo-mein instead, which I prefer. The egg foo young is fantastic, and I can never resist their Chinese donuts – they are always a highlight for me. I've never had a bad meal here. The cashier may not be the friendliest, but given how busy they are, I can’t really blame them for that."

"I love there food. They are the only place I can get shrimp egg rolls. I have never had any complaints. Vegetarian options: there are a bunch of vegetarian options and steamed options too Kid-friendliness: great for all kids. My grandson loves the lo mein , steamed dumplings and sweet and sour chicken Wheelchair accessibility: there are no curbs to have to push the wheelchair over"

"I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food quality was subpar, and there were significant issues with our order. I wish I could give it less than one star. After spending over $100, they forgot one of our items, and when we called to address the issue, we were met with a lackluster response. It's frustrating to spend so much money and end up dissatisfied. The food itself was not good—the international dish we ordered was poorly prepared and undercooked. We will not be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a child, and it truly is the best place ever! I should mention that during busy hours, it's a good idea to allow for some extra time when picking up your order, as the place gets quite popular and there are only two employees working. However, I believe the food is definitely worth the wait."

"The pepper steak was a whirlwind of spices and paprika, but it contained only a few thin slices of meat; I had never experienced anything like it before. The pork fried rice was similarly disappointing, with just a hint of meat and some bland greens. However, the soup was excellent and truly stood out. This place could use a bit of cleaning; the counter, the menu displays, and the large glass top dish were all quite grimy. We did order egg rolls, which were decent."

"I celebrated my graduation tonight at this great restaurant. Now we have passed a nice evening and the restaurant was clearly one of the reasons for this strong meeting. The team cooperated in a pleasant style, the food was delicious and my mates were very happy. We will definitely return for more celebrations. Thank you."

"Ordered a large takeout order on NYE and it was on time and still hot when we get it home. The food was delicious and they were very generous with portions. Prices are great, we couldn't get over how much food we get for the price. They were even in a free duck. This was our first time to eat here, we often eat these kinds of Chinese restaurants, and this is now our Go-to-Platz. Very clean space, all COVID safety precautions available. Very recommended"

"according to my opinion this is the best vegan Chinese cuisine that they can get in ct! I wish I could give this place a 5-star review (but it is not a fully vegetarian/ vegan I can't) this food is worth the 40 minutes drive every time! hands down the best Chinese food I've ever had - as vegan and before! her vegan veggie lo my is always so stellar! but the star of the show for their vegan options is the vegan bbq replacement ribs. Oh, my god, if I could recommend something of black bamboo. it is the vegan ripening "

"This might just be the worst Chinese restaurant in the world. Upon entering, you see a small dining area with a couple of park benches. The counter is covered in plexiglass, pieced together with what I can only describe as pieces of 2x4 found in an alley. There’s a SMALL opening big enough only for your credit card, and you’re expected to sign the slip and put it in a bowl of all other customers’ slips. Really, really weird.I ordered vegetable Lo Mein, which was simply a bowl of noodles with maybe 4 snow peas. Also ordered the beef Chow Mein which came with no noodles, and virtually no beef. It is ALL onions. Also ordered a side of spring rolls. No sweet and sour, no soy sauce, no mustard, no utensils. All the “food” is incredibly bland and extremely overpriced for what you actually get. This place is an incredible rip-off, and quite possibly the worst restaurant in all of Williamsburg. Avoid at all costs!!!"

"If you are visiting here on business and hankerin for a little take out, Panda is your place. The sweet and sour chicken is the best have ever had! The friend rice is really good without being too greasy too. I haven't had a bad meal there. The portions are good size for the dinner specials and I highly recommend you get these dinner and lunch combos. There is a ton of food. Of course if you are looking for totally healthy chinese food, probably should go elsewhere, but for tasty take out, this is it! I'm sure they deliver to local hotels, and I would say for a good deal and a lot of food, do it!"
