"I’m giving a rating of 1 because the person answering the phones definitely needs some training. I really wish I had recorded the call. It shouldn't be that difficult to say things like “What would you like?” or “Thank you.” It felt like I was talking to a robot who only took orders without any interaction. They need to improve on this. On a positive note, the owner reached out to me quickly, and I believe he genuinely cares. The food was great, but it did take 45 minutes, which they did mention when I placed my order, just a heads-up for future customers."
