"I've read many positive reviews, but it feels like we dined at a completely different restaurant. The best Chinese food in New York? Really? Maybe if you're familiar with the menu, you might have a better experience (our General Tso's chicken was decent), but the food we received didn't make us want to return. The host seemed taken aback that we wanted to eat in, as we were served in takeout containers. My meal arrived at the counter, with no table service, only after everyone else had finished eating."
