"had to update that to warn others I received the wrong delivery order (real bark meat and brokkoli vs vegan bark and brokkoli) no big thing, right? I call to let them know and think that they would just make the right order and transfer them. Instead, I am informed that the wrong order went into the wrong bag and I have someone else to eat. the owner told me that I was difficult because I asked my money back instead of following his idea, leaving the driver to both houses and order to change. I told him I will not pay for food that has already been in someone else's house and he should not send my wrong order to someone else. he claimed that since I had eaten nothing of it, it is nothing of my business what he does with him (his actual word.) of course, I have suspended / drove over and asked for a refund. now I wish I never presented them before years of this app. I'm sure I'm not gonna be a patron again. they should hope that the dpt of health will not get wind of it."
