"We picked Table 24 because of it's proximity to Cal Shakes. We were so disappointed. The restaurant was empty yet service was not good. Our appetizer was completely forgotten. When food did arrive they brought my husbands starter salad and everyone else's entree. His entree came shortly thereafter so he ate it all together. Two had burgers and said they were fine. My friend had the pulled pork sandwich and liked it but HATED the coleslaw. It looked totally dry. I had the WORST blackened salmon caesar ever. The fish tasted old and dry....the caesar was just a bit of cut up romaine with a little dressing and a few old croutons. All this a we bought a bottle of very overpriced mediocre wine. Certainly will not be returning."

"I was worried that my order would be completely melted by the time it arrived since I live quite far away. Thankfully, taking that risk turned out to be the best decision! The cholado was perfect; if anything, the travel time allowed all the flavors to blend beautifully, and it was amazing! On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend the hot dog because it arrived cold, and I could tell it wasn't hot enough since the cheese didn't melt."

"I’ve been a big Tacos 1986 fan for sometime now and I eat there as often as I can (esp great for a quick work lunch) but did you know they also cater? I was so tired of sad box lunches, so Tacos 1986 catered my most recent event and they brought anACTUAL taco cart and they hand-made fresh tortillas and it was amazing. The conference attendees could not stop raving aboutwhat an amazing lunch that was! It was also incredibly affordable, especially compared to a number of the options we’ve usedin the past. Highly recommended!"

"The quesabirria tasted stale, and they were quite small—not worth the price at all. I will say the agua de jamaica was pretty good. However, the churros were tiny—just bite-sized and came without any sauce."
