"I was invited to celebrate Mother's Day with family and friends at this restaurant. The food was good, but it wasn't really my type of place to eat at. Unfortunately, our waiter forgot things we ordered too often - three times, to be exact. The staff seemed welcoming despite the busy day with many customers. However, my main reason for deducting a star is that even though we had made reservations ahead of time, when part of our party was running late, they said they needed to seat us together. We were fine with waiting as our guest was just five minutes away in a cab. When they arrived, we were told our table wasn't ready yet. After waiting an extra 15 minutes, the party at our reserved table still hadn't left. We ended up waiting almost half an hour past our reservation time, which was disappointing. I believe that when you make reservations, your table should be ready. If it's not, the restaurant should apologize and try to make things right. To make matters worse, there was a very loud group drinking excessively and being disruptive, which made it difficult to enjoy our brunch."
