"katie was our server, she was phenomenally very accommodating. the fish chips were cooked for perfection. the portion size is huge, they become so happy with this escape. the Irish meat was also excellent. the part was very large served with kartoffels, irish bread zucchini and summer squash that were delicious. we also enjoyed the potato skins kinsale calamari appetizers. we visited this restaurant at the SU department weekend. the service foods were excellent during one of the most busy weekends of the year."

"First time visiting and I’ll definitely be back. I had the Baja Fish Tacos great taste, but underwhelmed by the portion. For the price, I should’ve had more than one slender piece of Mahi Mahi per taco. BUT, the bread pudding I took home is the best I’ve had from a restaurant. Great atmosphere and service; menu has plenty of options so I’ll definitely be back!"

"This isn’t a review of Dos Rios since I can’t provide one—the restaurant was CLOSED! Not just for the evening, but for several months. It’s shameful and ridiculous that OpenTable still lists them on its website. We were in town for my son's graduation and made a reservation at Dos Rios. Reservations were hard to come by for that night, leaving us without a plan. Fortunately, my son knew of another nearby Mexican restaurant called Hacienda, which had excellent food. If you're considering using OpenTable to reserve a spot at Dos Rios, I recommend calling the restaurant first to confirm they’re actually open. You can't rely on OpenTable, as I unfortunately discovered."

Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back."

"My sister and I stopped by this restaurant for dinner today on our way home from a road trip near Cleveland, and we had a fantastic experience. The beef on weck was incredible—better than what we had in Ellicottville, New York. The beef was incredibly tender, and the kummelweck bun was exceptionally fresh! Everything was delightful, including the horseradish cream sauce and the French fries. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pretzel bites and the peanut butter pie. I will definitely be coming back! Our server, Missy, was attentive, efficient, friendly, and truly amazing—I can't praise her enough! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Overall, everything was top-notch: the service, the food, and the ambiance! "Giancarlo's never fails to get five stars! We had so much fun at the bar before we were served. A great crowd!! Busy and exciting atmosphere. For appetizers we had the jumbo shrimp cocktail and the super fabulous corn and crab ravioli now there's something special!! We had the sea bass (super smooth and light fish) with risotto and the 8 oz. filet mignon melt in your mouth! For a side, we shared the au gratin potatoes. I've never tasted anything better. Don't forget to ask for their dessert menu! Zachary, our server, was so friendly and made our dining experience even better. Thank you, Zachary and Giancarlo's."

"We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible."

"nothing is really woven, but nothing was really terrible. but I feel that their specificity pasta was really poor considering that it is highlighted as the specificity. I was personally really disappointed at the pasta of the chef (spaghetti) the noodles fell apart and lacked the easy chewing feeling that I look in perfect fresh pasta. the potato soup was beautiful. everything else was okay, but a little overcooked and not close to feeling unforgettable. our waiter was however polite and well spoken, and attentive and beautiful, so definitiw bonus points to them."

"We made reservations on our way to Cleveland for a show. We got right in. The bar side was very busy (530) rest of the restaurant not as much. As the night rolled on most of tables around us filled up. The sever was friendly and attentive although when we asked about any specials she didn't not mention that we where still in happy hour. Food wise, we ordered the nachos with chicken for an app. I will say they are kinda boring with large amount of cheese sauce large pieces of chicken not shredded and barbecue sauce. My boyfriend missed the normal tomatoes lettuce etc that one usually sees on nachos. The cheese sauce for me was very spicy. The chicken was tender and good. Lucky for us they were half off for happy hour which we discovered at the end. My boyfriend and I shared a three meat platter choosing the brisket (up charge) ribs and pulled pork. You get two side as well as corn bread. We chose the Mac and cheese and onion rings. All the meats where good, had great flavor and pretty tender. No complaints. The onion rings where soggy and I did not care for the batter or flavor. The mac and cheese was super peppery almost over powering and was the only flavor I could taste. My son got the mac bowl with pulled pork. He said it was good which is what I expect from my 16 yr old lol. Over all a good experience."

"Our server had a noticeable attitude throughout our visit and didn’t check on us at all. It felt like she might have been upset that we didn’t order cigars or something else, but her demeanor made the experience uncomfortable. When we wanted to make a small change to our order just a couple of minutes after deciding, she wouldn’t allow it. The server was a mixed-heritage woman with black hair and a fuller figure, but I can’t recall her name. This was my first visit, and it’s likely my last. The burgers were the highlight of the menu, especially after sending mine back to be cooked well. I had heard that the atmosphere here was great, and it seemed nice, but the service really set a negative tone for us. Also, be aware that they serve their burgers medium by default and automatically add a gratuity, even for a party of just two."

"When you check in, your key is just hanging next to the door of your unit—there's no one around to answer questions or assist you. The building has three floors but lacks an elevator, and there’s no handicap access whatsoever. Upon entering, it resembles an old storage area, complete with wrenches on the counter and dusty old books. The room on the third floor was clean, but the bathroom’s shower didn’t work, and the toilet was ridiculously small—more suited for a daycare than an adult. I was so often there and I always have fun time. service, food quality and happy hour prices, everything is so good here. I feel that it is one of the best happy hour spots in the city. look at these delicious deserts. [new update on the basis of the recent visit] place was nice. the service was also good. burgen I found quite expensive for the price as no pages were included. my was vegetarian burger. on this sauce or cheese etc. were all additional costs. not complaining, only the fact that everyone can check and that is good, each restaurant has its own prices and I want to visit this place again. I'm just not going to order burger anymore. I saw that they have a chance to taste smash burgers enough for the weekday dinner. this place has great sides, tasty and cheap, and also a good choice of drinks options. it was easy to make reservations online. cooler place! beautiful environment, reasonable price services eat and drink. both eat and drink tasted good. I liked the two-rings and brussel sprouts. for eating, it can reservation in advance, so good to check before hannd."

"We waited such a long time for drinks, and had to ask 3 times for bread before we got any. We had to flag down a server to refill our drinks (and we waited awhile before doing that). I’m not sure why it wasn’t even that busy. The food was outstanding but for a $300 meal, I honestly don’t think we’ll come back again.
