"Recently ordered delivery from this restaurant and was shocked to find a cockroach in one of the food items. Like another customer who left a similar review, I was initially only offered a refund for that specific item, despite throwing out the entire order due to losing my appetite. I insisted on a full refund through Seamless and thankfully received it. With years of experience in the service industry, I am hesitant to leave negative reviews, but serving food with bugs is unacceptable and deserving of a warning to other potential customers. Unfortunately, we did not take a photo as we quickly disposed of the bug from our home."
