"Jacoby was extremely rude and took ice cream without paying for it, on top of that he insulted me and is very rude to other customers. He revealed that revealing the entire nitrogen container is around 200 dollars and the product cost which shouldn't be disclosed to conceal the markup of the prices. All of this makes the company look extremely bad especially due to the fact that they continue to allow him and his friends which he is unprofessional with continue to work there without any disciplinary action or warning."
