"This is a new arrival, or at least an incarnation of an old arrival in NoLITa. The menu is French and Algerian, with a bit more emphasis on French. The decor is agreeable (tile floors, leather banquettes, oodles of mirrors), the service was superb, and there are pleasers on the menu whether you're more pleased by couscous or steak frites. I keep trying to think of something to kvetch about, but the only thing I can think of was that I was asked a little too often if I was pleased by whatever landed on my table.
