"However, during my last visit, I tried a new chicken dish and was disappointed to find that the chicken pieces were rubbery and overcooked, which is not in line with the typically high standards I've come to expect. The sauce was incredibly delicious, with wonderful hints of garlic, but the chicken didn’t measure up to the quality of the sauce or the vegetables I had ordered.
I called today to share my feedback, and Ali was incredibly accommodating. He not only offered to send a replacement free of charge but also included a Chicken Vindaloo, one of my favorites, as a thoughtful gesture. Both dishes arrived within the hour, and I was thrilled to find that they tasted just as wonderful as I've always known The Indian Kitchen to be. The meat was savory, fragrant, tender, and absolutely mouth-watering!
I am delighted with both the food and the outstanding customer service, which is often lacking in the restaurant industry. We all have off days, no matter the line of work, and perhaps the kitchen was just particularly busy that night, causing my dish to suffer. Nonetheless, I’m happy to say that I will definitely be ordering from The Indian Kitchen again soon!"
