"Not too bad, but not the best? This is my first order from this place, writing as a chef who cares about the authentic cuisines and love Indian food from and regions As soon as I ordered my food from DoorDash around 10:30 pm (because I was so hungry and wanted to get the fastest delivery, Punjab Palace was the first option) I wanted to check the reviews and was about to cancel my order. How ever I wanted to give it a chance. I ordered lamb biryani and it was literally like lamb stew mixed with white rice . No problem , sometimes we have to use some methods to make it work , however there was almost raw onions , not cooked well. The lamb was cooked tender. Again, not too bad, with a little bit more care it would be better I believe. It is so easy to complain about the food that we are ordering, without knowing how it is hard to keep the consistency of the flavor. The food needs a little more work for little details, all over I enjoyed my late night dinner. Lastly , the yogurt sauce was very delicious, most likely the yogurt was house made that took my attention. I don?t even know where the restaurant is, know no body from there , how ever I know they are cooking with good intention."
