"Absolutely delicious dumplings, potstickers, and more! They supply many local restaurants, but why not just make them yourself at home for less? We tried the soup dumplings, pork potstickers, chicken potstickers, lamb dumplings, and shrimp dumplings, and they were all fantastic. The dumplings had perfect skins and generous fillings, and everything was incredibly juicy—even the potstickers! We steamed the soup dumplings and regular dumplings in a steamer basket over a pot of boiling water for 9 minutes, which turned out perfectly. For the potstickers, we steamed them in a pan with about half an inch of water, covered with a lid, for around 8 minutes, and then pan-fried them in vegetable oil for an additional 90 seconds or so."
