"Saffron Indian Bistro offers a great buffet from 11am to 3pm everyday except Tuesdays when they are closed. Everything is delectable… the Chana Masala (chickpeas), Saag (creamy spinach), rice, Chicken Tikka Masala, Tandoori Chicken, butter chicken, curry chicken, the succulent fried fish nuggets, two or three different types of Naan. The flavors are rich and savory, but not too spicy. Plenty of dishes to satisfy any vegetarian appetites. No lamb dishes or Daal (lentils) on the serving line today, but with so much variety I didn’t mind. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. They have a full bar. There are two outdoor patios equipped with heaters and somewhat enclosed so you aren’t gazing at the large parking lot of the shopping center. The music was a 70s/80s adult pop/rock mix, which thankfully was attenuated to a mellow background — I recall hearing U2, Greg Kihn’s Jeopardy, some Journey tune among others. Servers and host polite and efficient. Reasonably priced. If you’ve never experienced Indian cuisine, the Saffron buffet would be a great place to start. If you love Indian food and don’t know Saffron, what are you waiting for?"
