"**Restaurant Review Update during COVID:**
I haven't visited this restaurant in a while, and I've noticed some significant changes. The menu is different now and a bit difficult to navigate and read. I attempted to order online, but it was challenging to configure a platter or bowl due to how the options are set up. Unfortunately, the quality of the food seems to have declined. Like many restaurants, they appear to be operating with limited staff, which has definitely affected their customer service.
My experience with the food was disappointing. I ordered the "Cheat Day," the "Standard," and some fries. The fries were undercooked, and the rice, which was supposed to be lemon oregano brown rice, ended up being dry and lacking flavor. The gyro meat was dry and unappetizing, and the pork kebab contained mostly chunks of fat. To make matters worse, I even noticed one of the food preparers taking bites of the food while preparing orders.
This place used to have an excellent menu, but since it changed ownership, the quality has dramatically decreased.
