"I’ve had the Chicken Kebab Bowl from both locations multiple times over the past year. Usually, I need a knife to cut the chicken pieces in half, but tonight was different. It seems someone at the store decided to pre-cut the chicken and sold it as half of what I normally receive. If this is the new standard, I won’t be ordering from them again. I understand wanting to cut costs or using smaller pitas because of a mistake, but cutting the chicken in half? That's not acceptable. I was disappointed to see this. All four bowls I received were the same. The chicken pieces were arranged to look like full pieces, but they were split in half, making three pieces look like six. It didn't work; we noticed. This isn’t right at all. It's disheartening to see this happen, and if this is going to be the new norm, I will choose to eat somewhere else."
