Even though the policy requires customers to walk to their cars for delivery after sunset, you went above and beyond for my 70-year-old mother, who struggles with navigating the driveway. When she explained her situation, you promptly accommodated her request by delivering our order right to our door. We are genuinely thankful for your thoughtfulness and consideration.
As for the food, even though we live just a four-minute drive from the store, we understand the challenges delivery drivers face. The dishes arrived at a pleasant temperature—not piping hot, but certainly enjoyable. We relished the French fries and cheesesteak subs. Although our request for toasted bread was missed, the quality of the bread itself was excellent.
In summary, our experience with both the service and the food from World Wide Wings Pizza was highly satisfying. We extend our gratitude to you and the entire team for a job well done.
