"avoid I had lunch in basera bistro. the dinge started well. I chose the a la carte menu and enjoyed the samosas. the next two courses, dal and tandoori, were not good. the dal was suppe and not delicious. the tandoori was hard; overboiled, required chew and chew and chew. what was it about? was the food warmed up in the previous night? during my lunch the restaurant sat a family (a father and 3 children) only the father ordered from basera. he had bought pizzas from another restaurant in the neighbourhood and made the pizzas to eat them. the children played videos on their handys, without ears, on loud, during their meal. this was disturbing and ruined everything I enjoyed about my culinary experience. the next day I stopped between 3-4 on the afternoon to pick up my credit card that the server had not returned to me on the afternoon. it was a shocking sight: all the banquets were filled with sleepers. So when they dine in basera bistro and sit on one of these banquets, image personnel who sleep where they sit; really a fraudulent image. as a footnote: the restaurant called amex and told them that my card was lost, which led to it being broken off instead of using my contact data that are available via opentable. many thanks, basera bistro. that's a big annoying. I'm staying in midtown. I will never return to this restaurant. I would suggest if they consider this restaurant, they think again."

"?????I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing Alina’s Lebanese Cuisine through a DoorDash order and I am already planning my next visit to dine in person! From the moment I spoke with a wonderfully helpful gentleman on the phone, I knew I was in expert hands. The advice I received on what to order was spot-on, enhancing the entire dining experience from afar. The Family Feast was, without exaggeration, the best meal of my life! It was a masterful display of culinary artistry. If there were a Michelangelo of Middle Eastern food, it would surely be the chefs at Alina’s. The feast included perfectly seasoned Tabbouleh Salad, crispy Falafel, refreshing Cucumber with Yogurt, smoky Baba Ganoush, savory Sambousik, and creamy Hummus, all served on a generous bed of fragrant rice. The six kebabs—two chicken, two beef, and two kafta—were grilled to perfection, each bite bursting with flavor.I couldn't resist adding extra pita bread to scoop up every last bit of their heavenly garlic sauce, and the Baklava? Oh, the Baklava! It was a sweet, flaky, nutty finale to a feast fit for royalty. Every dish was a testament to the skill and passion that Alina’s pours into their kitchen.Alina’s Lebanese Cuisine is a true gem, a beacon of exquisite taste and culinary excellence. They are AMAZING, and I loved every single bite! Stepping into Alina's is stepping into a world of culinary delight that I can’t wait to experience again. Bravo! ??Shukran jazeelan, antum fannanun haqiqiyyun! (Thank you very much, you are truly artists!"
