"I want to love this restaurant for the nostalgia, history, and all the lovely words spouted on their website…but, it can’t even begin to imagine how they are rated as high, as they are. The food is mediocre, at best, and doesn’t hold a candle to satchels, Mildred’s, piesanos…or a dozen other locations that are more convenient, customer oriented and worthy of patronage…this last experience where the phone was not answered for an entire hour between noon and 1, was the last straw…what a shame."
