"We entered the bar and a member of the band kindly offered us his two top bar table, but the unfriendly hostess informed us that it was reserved. Despite this, we were confused as to how it could be reserved when a band member had given us permission to sit there. We are frequent visitors to this establishment and have never been treated so rudely. When customers come to enjoy a drink and a pleasant evening, the hostess should be accommodating in finding a table for them.
