"I used to really enjoy this restaurant; I loved their food and generous portions. However, I've noticed a decline in both their service and quality over time. I kept returning, hoping for improvement, but the final straw was when they served us kebabs that had a strange smell. It turned out they were made from old meat shaped into round kebabs. We order the same dish every time, so we know what it's supposed to taste like. The portion sizes have also changed significantly. The mixed grill, which used to be enough for two people and cost $30, is now served as a single portion at the same price. Service has also deteriorated; we asked for two extra lamb chops—a request that had previously been accommodated without issue. This time, however, the waitress claimed they never allow that and said we would have to pay extra for the additional lamb chops. It's disappointing, especially since I've been a loyal customer for over 16 years."
