"I had made reservations a week in advance to dine at RushCreek Restaurant, but when we arrived, we were seated in the tavern instead. We were informed that it had the same menu as the restaurant, but the atmosphere was noisy with televisions and not the same as the restaurant. Despite requesting to be seated in the restaurant, we were initially placed at a small table near the door, where it was chilly. We ordered our food and were surprised to be charged $10 for two very small servings of white rice to accompany our poki and salmon dishes. We also asked for tempura or teriyaki sauce, but were informed that they did not have either, only offering a bottle of soy sauce. Overall, our experience was disappointing, leading us to opt for sandwiches from another establishment for our meal the following night."
