"I went to this restaurant to pick up some takeout. I waited about ten minutes to place my order, but no one approached me; they completely ignored my presence and walked around me instead of assisting. When I finally showed the owner my coupon for a buy one meal, get one free deal, she refused to accept it, even though there were no restrictions on it except that it was valid Monday through Friday. I've never encountered a restaurant that wouldn't honor a legitimate coupon like this. Honestly, I should have left right then, but I decided to give the food a chance. It took Efe's forty minutes to prepare a simple takeout order, and when it was finally ready, the waitress didn’t say a word to me. She just handed me my food and the bill, without any acknowledgment or thanks for my patience. I honestly don’t understand how this place stays in business. The location is poor, the service is incredibly rude and slow, and the food is just average, at best, and very overpriced. I suspect that all the positive reviews are from family and friends. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place!"
