"We loved our fresh raw oysters. Also loved the Small Plates of Orange Chicken and Szechuan Noodles—they were an excellent combination to share. The Fried Fish Curry was delicious. The Asian inflections here are always interesting and tasty. Recommend exploring the extensive Classic Cocktails Menu—lots of tempting choices for a change of pace. We love the ambiance and decor here. It does get noisy, but the liveliness is understandable. The staff are good people, but service is often rather slow, so more staff could be a plus."

"The food was decent. I had the garlic chick’n. The flavor was pretty good, but the mock chicken was very rubbery and not the best texture. The vegetable tempura roll was very good! Portions were a good size, too. There is a small sign out front with a list of vegan options, including the mock meats (chicken, beef, duck). My specific server did not know what I was talking about when I mentioned the mock meats, but the chefs did and seemed pretty well-versed in veganism and communicated options very well. The server DID know what vegan meant, though; when I asked about vegan options, she’s mentioned that they can prepare dishes cooked with water, without chicken broth, without meat, and without egg. They only had the mock chicken when I was there and not the mock beef or duck. Overall, pretty good but not my favorite. I would rather go to Vegreen if I have the option!"

"What a delightful experience we had! Fast friendly, efficient and thorough service. There is plenty of space inside and also for parking, you can bring your big rig or tractor they will fit in the parking lot! There are plenty of choices and everything is delicious, and many are nutritious also. We had the salmon steak plate, I took a bite and there was fireworks in my mouth! We also ordered the seafood soup, pork plate and green curry.. al were Bomb dot com. If you like Thai, this is a must when your hungry and in torrance!.... I just finished and still writing this review , but I'm going to step out and. Omelet back to order a Thai tea to relive the experience immediately!.. lol"

"I appreciate their hospitality, but it's not always consistent. During busy times, the service tends to falter; you're basically just served your food and handed the bill without much attention. However, the food is quite good! I've had the fried rice, dumplings, noodles, and wings. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken wings, but the Volcano Chicken and Garlic Fish (which is a bit saltier but really tasty) are excellent. I'm looking forward to going back to try their sushi sometime."

"We always like to order the specials at this restaurant because they are only available for a limited time. This time, they were especially amazing. My husband and I shared three dishes - clams, sushi, and Asian bruschetta - and there was plenty of food to go around. "We went out for date night on a Monday Evening and there were some active tables but they definitely weren't busy. The food was very, very good; but we were pretty disappointed that the service was slow and disoriented, especially when waiting for drinks. Our server kept coming to our table saying things like, "oh, that hasn't been brought over to you yet and "let me go try to find that for that for you We also requested a meal to-go to be brought out at the end of our meal so we could enjoy a night cap and bring home hot food to our guest, but instead all of our food was brought out at one time including the bagged up to-go item. This is not the first time that according to our server, "the kitchen just decided to make all of it at once The last time I dined here for lunch we received all our apps and entrees at the exact same time and the server apologized because they asked for it to be spaced out. This all definitely makes me a little nervous on what service could be expected on a busy, weekend night. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the food really is delicious"

"Not only is the food good but their customer service it OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING!! Today I had a busy day in the salon (I’m a hair stylist) and ordered some Pad Thai ahead of time to get picked up at 2:00pm! I placed the order through GrubHub, I ended up running late with my client and had to wait to go pick up my food. In the moment I thought “oh it just won’t be super hot when I get it, my bad though cause I left later than planned.” HOWEVER they called me to tell me they were closed and to ask where I was at! I had no idea they closed a little earlier to prep for the dinner rush! I felt sooo bad! I only had like $2 in cash on me but I gave them the $2. Shrenii was kind enough to wait for me to get there to get my food. She could have called to tell me “hey sorry we are closed.. can’t pick up anymore” but she waited for me. This was the only time I could leave the salon to get food! Shrenii I couldn’t be more thankful for you and your kind self!"

"These people are thieves and they hang up on you. We have to report fraud on our cards because they overcharged us and refuse to fully refund us for food we did not recieve. In fact, instead of apologizing they hung up on us. Reporting to our bank and letting the public know about these guys. We will never use them again. Please see other similar reviews of theft. King Curry needs to be shut down. Will be talking to authorities about what can be done of this fraud."

"This is our family’s favorite Thai food restaurant. The food is always good. A lot of their business is take-out, so it’s never hard to get a table. The atmosphere is super chill with not-too-loud ambient music. They have happy hour daily, and once or twice a week they have a live music set in the evening. Their lunch specials are a great value. Servers are always super polite. And since it’s upstairs with lots of windows, you have a great view of the neighborhood. It’s really a gem.Vegetarian options: Almost any dish can come without meat so it’s super easy to have vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: We always bring our kiddo and the restaurant is really chill so it’s not hard to have a kid there.Parking: The lot in front is pretty tight usually but the lot in back is always available.
