"This is a spacious restaurant with ample dining areas and beautiful décor that creates a warm ambiance. The staff is polite and patient, adding to the positive experience. The menu offers an extensive variety of authentic dishes, and even when the restaurant is busy, the service remains relatively quick. A nice surprise with each order is the complimentary egg rolls, though unfortunately, they've been dry and inedible on all three visits—still, the kind gesture is appreciated.
While I want to explore more of the menu, I find myself consistently drawn to the Pineapple Fried Chicken meal, which includes pineapples, chicken, shrimp, cashew nuts, eggs, onions, peas, and carrots. I’d like to express my gratitude for the fresh ingredients and generous portion sizes—this hearty entrée can easily serve four!
To enhance the experience for diners and avoid any ‘meal chaos’ in the family, I would recommend including at least one large, juicy shrimp for each serving. Adding two more shrimp to make a total of four per dish would be wonderful!
Thai Cuisine has quickly become a weekly favorite for my family. On our next visit, we’re looking forward to dining inside to fully immerse ourselves in the Thai experience. A note on location: you can find Thai Cuisine in the Nellis Bonanza Shopping Center, in the corner at the far end of the plaza, with plenty of parking available and easy access."
