"We order from here nearly 3x/month and just got the worst pizza order ever. The crust is so thin, the sauce is bleeding through and there is half the cheese there normally is. The crust is halfway down to the middle of the pizza. And when I called to complain, I got a nicer gentleman on the phone and when he put his manager on Derek, he said I could bring the pizzas back at midnight to their store for a full refund. Worst manager ever, worst customer service EVER. This guy should be fired. I have never had such a rude interaction with a place. I will never be ordering from them again. That's about $150/month out of the owner's pocket. Great job hiring."
