"Besides a few good games being out of order and my toddler being cheated out of her tickets when trying to pick out literally the smallest thing, which was equally UNACCEPTABLE by the attendant. The food area was DISGUSTING. Everything being picked over none of the spills being cleaned up. Tables not cleaned which made it difficult to sit in the more popular seating areas. I honestly could 've gotten past all of those things if when getting a bowl for soup , not only was there still food build up inside but BLACK MOLD, and I have an allergy to mold. I couldnt even wash my hands in the bathroom because it is clear they also have not be attended to. Unfortunately, We were turn off from eating after that. I gave it to the nice young lady and she apologized but there were only 3 nice, helpful and attentive people that assisted us throughout our visit. My daughter still has tickets and tokens left on her card, if it wasn 't for that and upon leaving her saying, Wow! I HAD FUN! We probably wouldn 't return. At least, not for eating. Sorry. 7/8/23"
