They work just as hard as the rest of us and managed to stay open through the pandemic, which I'm sure was a challenging time for restaurants. I've seen some reviews mentioning long wait times for orders. Keep in mind, this is a small family-run business dedicated to crafting high-quality food. They are always busy and take the time needed to ensure everything is perfect. If your order takes an extra 5 or 10 minutes, think of it as the price you pay for quality. "Nice little European breakfast spot next to Fat Clemenzas we chose breakfast here based on the ratings and enjoyed Fat Cs earlier in the week. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in by Holly who also seemed to be our server. She was patient and helpful w our orders and brought out the kids meals as soon as they were done. Both kids ordered the pancakes and chocolate milk which they make on demand. Like eating a fluffy birthday cake washed down with creamy chocolate milk swirls. I ordered the frittata not anticipating the size of it and my husband ordered the Shrimp Andouilles breakfast bowl which he gobbled down again portion sizes are huge so we took home, but loved the decor and great service!"

"What a great restaurant! I went there tonight with my family. The pizza was delicious. I tried a level and a meatball with roasted red peppercake. The roasted chicken was just as my grandmother did it earlier: moist on the inside with a crispy skin. All the food was fresh. The cannolis and cheesecakes were excellent. We all enjoyed so much that we talked about what we wanted to eat next time at Classico Tomato Pies. I even called a friend on the car home to tell her to eat with her family there. Thank you CTP for your nice staff and restaurant!"

"The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The waitress had a nasty attitude for no apparent reason and never checked on us during our meal. We had to get up several times to ask for utensils, water, menus, and even the check. The restaurant was nearly empty, and instead of attending to us, she was just standing around chatting. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a nice spot to have a meal."

"Their pizza embodies the classic NYC style, perfectly balanced with a savory marinara sauce. But what really steals the show is the crust—it deserves a trophy! I’ve heard rumors that they use a brewing process to make their dough, which contributes to its unique texture. Since their beer selection frequently changes, maybe that influences the crust too? I’m not entirely sure, but I can confidently say that I’ve loved the crust every time. Some batches are particularly exceptional! If you enjoy olives, specifically a mix of green olives and Kalamata, you’ll definitely want to try that topping; it’s fantastic! Oh, and by the way, the beer selection is really good too!"
