"Was craving a sandwich and decided to try this place out. Walking in it seemed legit, the different bags for sandwiches is a nice idea making selections easy. My problem is with the byo option in here. I built a sandwich with 4 meats, upon turning in my bag the cashier informed me the manager does not allow more than two meat choices. I asked how is this a build my own sandwich when I am restricted. She said she was sorry that if she filled more order she would be docked pay. This forced me to pay extra for one of their premade sandwiches. My wife also noticed the cashier while making someone else's sandwiches she took their money and didn't change her gloves after. Then we got our sandwiches and didn't realize they heat them all up. Wasn't expecting a hot sandwich, it would just be nice to know that the sandwiches were not cold."
