"We chose the Tuscan function room, which has a charming Mill building ambiance. They offer several packages at different price points, but Dawn was more than willing to create a custom menu for 50+ guests, allowing us to include the couple's favorite dishes along with gluten-free options. The gluten-free pasta primavera tasted just like regular pasta and was quite delicious.
On the big day, we brought decorations, a digital slideshow, and music. Their screen and speakers connected easily, and the staff was very accommodating of our early setup. Steve and Hanna, who assisted us during the event, were exceptionally friendly and professional.
In the end, our kids couldn’t have been happier. The day turned out exactly as they had envisioned. The food and drinks were enjoyed by everyone, and everything went smoothly. We learned afterward that in addition to our event, there was another gathering in a different function room, plus a group of fifty unexpectedly arrived in the dining area just ten minutes before. Despite the kitchen being overwhelmed, we had no idea—food kept coming out at a high quality throughout the entire event. Huge thanks to everyone at The Establishment!"
