"I placed a to-go order for 8 meals but only received 7. After calling the restaurant to address the issue, I drove back to resolve it, only to be accused of stealing. They claimed to have reviewed the surveillance footage and insisted that we received all our food. This experience was incredibly frustrating and left us feeling both disappointed and insulted. Additionally, the chicken was dry and not worth the trouble. I really don’t understand how they could determine what happened based on the cameras."
