"This was a first time delivery order. Probably the last time. The pizza was got was good. I did ask for pan crust on my pizza (paid extra for it) and it was still thin crust. That was frustrating as Im not a fan of thin crust pizza.The biggest issue was the wings. We ordered spicy, well done buffalo. What we got was soggy chicken with a no spice buffalo sauce. Also their house garlic sauce was not good. I dont know if we will eat here again.We did not dine in so I cant rate their service or atmosphere."

"Really disappointed in how the is store’s service and quality has declined over the years. I’m a long time delivery and pickup customer, and while I was in undergrad I was also a delivery employee at this location. So I’m quite familiar with the delivery routes.I placed my order through text this evening, and an hour later received a call an HOUR after my order was placed from Jessica the “manager”, stating that they don’t deliver to my address, and I questioned her as they have delivered to my home as recently as the 2/5/2022, and she stated nothing has changed but a manager must always bypass it. I work in AI so I’m familiar with how these systems work and I sincerely doubt the text-to-order system just has a manager sitting around to “override” text orders for this store. Her response was she that only had one driver.I was told I was not allowed to order by Jessica ever again, which is fine as this store is likely to close in the future anyway when they can’t staff more than single driver on a Saturday night, they won’t be able to keep business. They should probably replace their in-store management asap."

"We ordered a pizza online. The tracker showed it as ready about 30 minutes later. It took us an additional 10 minutes to drive over. When we got to the store to pickup, there was a line of people waiting. We were then told it would be an additional 20+ minutes to get our pizza. According to the guy working, he was the only one on the pizza line and had 15 or more orders piled up. The cash register was left unmanned yet several employees walked past without acknowledging us standing at the counter. We counted 5 employees total. We even tried calling but the phone immediately gets put on hold. We were really looking forward to the pizza but at this point it's not even worth waiting. Jet's either needs to hire more people or not allow online orders. The employees that are currently working here are not helpful. The guy didn't even want to give us a refund because the pizzas were already in the oven. We will not be coming back."

"There was no way to modify my order online, so I had to call customer service and ended up on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up, called back, and eventually spoke to someone who switched my order to delivery and said it would arrive in about 30 minutes. However, 30 minutes later, I received a text from DoorDash saying my order would instead arrive an hour later. I'm left wondering who even has my order now, and all I can do is wait. You might be wondering why I’m leaving a review before even tasting the pizza. The answer is simple: the ordering and delivery experience has been so frustrating that it overshadows everything else. Even if the pizza turns out to be the best I’ve ever had, I wouldn’t order from them again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place."

"Didnt appreciate that i was basically lied too i ordered a a pepperoni pizza but something told me to call right back well they onlybput cheese usually youre supposed to ask about toppings..i know it was busy i just got off work my self cutting hair so i understand but how would they feel if they asked for a r on the sides and back and i gave them a number 1 and then made them wait till i swept up my hair just to put it back on...thats what happened bro said hed remake it but you can tell the pepperoni was still thrown on top its all good it was a friends pizza but i had a slice too but all in all just ask and care more and youll make way more tips i promise. I had to take my slice i ate put it in the air fryer and and garlic salt and parm and crushed pepper THEN it was BUSSIN!"

"Jet's is a disappointment. We paid $16 for a 12-inch pizza that turned out to be only 10 inches. We asked to dine in and ordered a small thin crust Supreme pizza, a salad, and a bottle of soda. After waiting twenty minutes, our food was brought to us in a box, with the salad still in a stapled bag. To top it off, we were even asked if we needed plates, despite the fact that we were eating in. The salad was decent, but the pizza was terrible. You're better off buying a DiGiorno pizza for about $10 at a local grocery store. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place - you'll only end up disappointed."

"I ordered cinnamon sticks and other items from the Franklin location, and they were fantastic. The cinnamon sticks from the Hwy 100 location were supposed to come with "extra icing," but there was noticeably less icing compared to the regular ones from Franklin. They were also hard and smaller than before, looking quite different overall. The others used to fill the box, while these were shrunken in the middle. If we had tried these first, we wouldn’t have ordered them again. The pizza was good, but they forgot to include the dipping sauce that was supposed to come with it, as well as the additional sauce that we paid for. It seems like they aren't paying attention to the specifics of orders, so it's not worth the trouble of ordering extras."
