"My recent visit to Shari’s Cafe and Pies of Springfield OR-167 was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were initially seated in a booth with torn leather seating, despite there being plenty of other available booths. After requesting to be reseated, we were given a better spot. The service was extremely slow. It took forever to get our food, and when it finally arrived, my salad came just moments before the main dish. My chicken Florentine was burnt, and I was supposed to get a dinner roll, which never came. Additionally, I wanted a regular baked potato as one of my two sides, but they were out of it. I opted for a side salad instead, thinking it would count as my second side with a $1 extra charge, but I was charged $3 for the salad and never received my second side. My wife ordered the buffalo chicken mac and cheese, which was supposed to come with blue cheese and green onions. The dish did not match the description at all, and the portion size was tiny, more like an appetizer. Overall, we spent $65.76 for two adult dinners and two kids’ meals, including tips, and we left the restaurant still hungry. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all."
