"If I could give 0 stars, I would because this place does not even deserve 1 star based on customer service alone. This establishment has a serious issue with accountability. The person who answers the phone is very unprofessional. They had the audacity to charge a $6.50 delivery fee due to snowy conditions, even though the roads were clear and the snow had stopped days before. My food took 2 hours to arrive and was cold, with fewer wings than I had ordered. Despite living just down the street on German City Ave, they claimed it was a "blizzard" even though it wasn't snowing. They tried to blame the delay on the restaurant without providing any compensation. I strongly recommend that the owner address these issues by improving employee training and hiring professional staff. The way they allow their team to mistreat customers reflects poorly on them. I received no compensation for my 2-hour wait, cold food, and missing wings, which led me to cancel my order in disgust. It is ridiculous that they continue to advertise with flyers to attract more business."
