"I always have to ask for my daughter’s steak quesadilla to be remade because, despite requesting no jalapeño sauce, it somehow ends up on there anyway. This happens even when the receipt clearly states the order is without jalapeño sauce. One time, I had a worker who actually tried to leap out of the drive-thru window to confront me after I pointed out her unprofessional attitude. I explained that as someone who also works in customer service, I understand the challenges, but that if I have to maintain my professionalism, so should she. She did not take this well and began to curse at me while attempting to come through the window. The manager and another employee supported her, suggesting that they would lie if it came to it, claiming they didn’t need to intervene. They even called the police on me, treating me like I was overreacting, despite the fact that this incident occurred with my child in the car. The employee faced no consequences for her actions, which was incredibly unprofessional. Since then, things seem to have improved slightly in terms of customer service."
